Note:

The PSU powers the laptop fine but to enable it to charge the cable has to be bent slightly (not at the charge port). I think the trace wire might be slightly damaged in the cable.

The lid appears to have been pushed back slightly past the stop point which has made a small bend in the lid. This means that the lid does not fully close (see pictures)
